Deposit : We require £20.00 deposit for each room reserved. We must receive your deposit within 7 days of booking. We don’t accept credit cards but are very happy to take personal cheques, sterling travellers’ cheques and Euros.
Cancellation: If notice of cancellation is received 72 hours before date of arrival, a refund will be made less 25% processing fee. If a last minute cancellation is necessary, and we can resell the room, the same policy applies. If we cannot resell the room, your deposit must be forfeited.
Settlement: Cash, cheque with a guarantee card, sterling travellers’ cheques and Euros.
Arrival/Departure : We appreciate check in between 4.00 and 6.00pm, but can accommodate other arrival times with prior arrangement. We will bid you farewell by 11.00am.
