Al Fresco Cuisine is the outside catering element of Hafren House and our aim is to combine choice local ingredients with skill in preparation and good service, so that your special event runs professionally and smoothly.

Barbecues can sometimes spell trouble – too many blackened sausages and incinerated burgers spring to mind. But have you thought of having a feast in the open air? Just think Pimms, prawns, steak, chicken, fresh salads galore, buttered new potatoes, strawberries and cream and profiteroles with enough chocolate sauce to swim in. Get the picture? Now add table cloths and professional staff and you have the perfect barbecue.

Do you like the idea of having a dinner party at home, but would rather be entertaining than cooking or washing up? Just imagine – you can sit with your friends whilst we prepare and serve the food and then bring the washing up away with us.

We can cater for anything from small intimate dinner parties in your home all the way through to barbecues and hog roasts for two hundred people.
